Please open your Silhouette Studio

You can find the Library on the left hand side as a split screen.

Please click, then you can choose the design you want to use.
You can click on the design then drag it to your design room.

Next, your cut / image file is visible in the design space. You can edit it as usual. then Click on the tab to close the library.
